By accessing or using مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Service.

2. Description of Service

مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) provides a platform that connects customers with barbershops and barbers, enabling appointment booking, shop management, and related services. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the actual barbering services provided.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person

5. Bookings and Cancellations

5.1 Appointment Bookings

When you book an appointment through our platform, you enter into a direct relationship with the barbershop or barber. We facilitate the booking but are not a party to the service agreement.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are determined by individual barbershops. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their specific policies. We may charge cancellation fees as specified at the time of booking.

6. Payments

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for services booked through our platform. All payments are subject to our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of barbering services provided by third parties. Users assume all risks associated with using services booked through our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as appropriate under Lebanese law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and مَظْهَرْ (Mazhar) regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
